AZMCC Guidelines Manual or "AGM"

1.  A current AZMCC "Guidelines Manual" [AGM] is available for all Members to read at any time.  It can also be reviewed by prospective Members if they want to see how the AZMCC will function for them if they decide to join.  The Guidelines document will be maintained and be made available by the Director of the AZMCC at all times including all Events or Activities.  The AGM basically contains the "By-Laws" of the AZMCC, but we decided to address them as "guidelines" to help regulate the activities and requirements of the AZMCC .

2.  There are no mandatory requirements to be a Member in the AZMCC except ONE, and that is having the minimum amount of automobile insurance as dictated by each members State of Residence as long as it is the same basic law as followed by the State of Arizona.  This requirement is identified in the AGM

3.  Members are not required to attend Meetings, Events, or any activities offered to our AZMCC Membership.  Many Members join us for the discounts and information on their specific Mustang.  They have the option of attending anything the AZMCC does or any activities of other Mustang Clubs the AZMCC supports.

4.  The Guideline Manual is not a book of strict rules, but rather a way to regulate the "who, what, where, when and sometimes why" each Member is required to follow specific steps ensuring the Safety and well being of all AZMCC Members.  It is also intended as a guideline for guests and anyone else associated with Events or Activities of the AZMCC.  Additionally, it is a Guideline for the assigned or elected volunteer Executive Committee [EC] personnel to ensure the AZMCC is run efficiently to the expectations of our AZMCC Club's entire membership.  A link to review the AGM is available at the bottom of this page.

5.  Members who are part of  EC are basically the "Board-of-Directors" of the AZMCC.

6.  The AZMCC is operated by a totally Voluntary group of Members.  The volunteer Executive Committee [EC] personnel are initially assigned by the Director of the Club, but are then elected to the EC via the Guidelines Manual to ensure the AZMCC is run efficiently for the benefit of it's membership.

7.  Additional AZMCC Positions may be developed and put into effect initially by the AZMCC Director and then by the Executive Committee [EC] as required to ensure the AZMCC is run efficiently.

8.  Below are the Voluntary Positions of the AZMCC.  Any Member may volunteer to help the Club in one of the capacities listed.  To apply for any position, contact the Director of the AZMCC.

9.  All positions will be filled by a General Election conducted by the EC and an Election Committee organized from the General Club Membership.  Complete honesty and fairness must be followed from the entire AZMCC Membership
